薪酬調整：調薪信的是與非

    調薪實施了，效果有的單位不太理想。原定的覆蓋不能大于人數的百分比，不斷有人突破，有些單位傾斜很嚴重，有些單位撒胡淑面，調薪幅度不大，造成薪調了，員工卻不太滿意。一項制度如何不嚴格執行，的確會造成與目標嚴重偏差。對部分單位來說，本次調薪是個敗筆。下面說下調薪過后的事情：
　　新來的R是外企呆過的，外企很多強調很多事情的溝通用信封，比如加薪啦，給你一個信封，上面寫上你是多么多么重要，你作出多大的貢獻，根據你的貢獻，決定給你調多少多少薪水。然后打印出來，主管領導親筆簽字，裝入信封，親自交給員工。
　　好處是調薪顯的非常的正式，并且借此來激勵員工。當然，前提條件是加薪得達到一定比例，我個人認為，小于10%的加薪，起到的作用微乎其微，有些甚至起反作用。
　　但是在中國的企業，問題就來了。因為我們不是全員調薪，只有少數一部分。這樣，誰拿了誰沒拿一目了然。本來是個保密的事情，結果變成半公開了。沒拿信的就問領導，沒什么別人有，而我沒有呢?
　　咋解決呢?部分部門對這信封的意見很大，讓大家自己選吧，在保密的情況下，你愿當面溝就當面溝，愿信封就信封。
